NEBS is currently recruiting full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts to supervise home services.  positions are available in Lexington, Boston, Quincy, Worcester, and Attleboro.

​This position entails:

  • conducting behavioral assessments
  • developing treatment plans
  • engaging in parent consultations and training
  • ​teaching staff
  • supervising staff
  • case management and record keeping
  • engaging in weekly clinical reviews with the clinical director
  • assisting in staff training and workshop presentations as needed
  • supervising student BCaBA and BCBA interns
  • Reporting to regional supervisor 

This positions requires:

- current board BCBA in good standing

- current MA state LABA in good standing

- completion of 8 hr supervision training required by BACB

- Masters degree or PhD

- clear CORI / SORI check

Level 1 therapy positions are appropriate for people who have little to no direct ABA experience.  Level 1 therapists provide therapy in 1:1 home settings with clients.  Level 1 therapists receive additional training and supports.  This position is appropriate for college students and paraprofessionals working in the human service field.  

level 1 positions are part-time with shifts available in the evenings and on weekends. this position requires:

Salary: $27, 000 - $30, 000 per year

 All interns must have a documented record of successful experience in ABA and be nearing the end of their educational programs in order to be matched with a home-based client in a BCBA assisted supervisory role.  

NEBS interns are paid employees, with full - time and part - time options.  Full - time interns are subject to all of the benefits of regular, paid employment.

For our clients' benefit, NEBS does NOT offer short-term, summer, or semester-long internships for home services.  NEBS is not authorized to sponsor visas.  NEBS does not offer unpaid internships.


The Lead Behavior Therapist is appropriate for experienced behavior therapists.  Lead Behavior Therapist engages in all aspects of ABA therapy within the client home and community settings.  In addition, the Lead Behavior Therapist engages in case management responsibilities and attends weekly meetings with the supervising BCBA.  Where appropriate, the Lead Therapist assist with the skills-based training of fellow therapists.

A successful applicant for this position will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ABA.  
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
  • Working knowledge of Verbal Behavior and positive / supportive de-escalation skills.
  • BA / BS / MA / MS in ABA.  Degrees in Psychology or Special Education are acceptable when combined with s      substantial experience and documented ABA training.
  • The ability to work in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • A strong record of reliability and professional work ethic.
  • Excellent personal references, reliable transportation, and a clear CORI check                                                      
  • The ability to commit to a contract with a client for a minimum of one year.
  • Salary: $35, 000 per year.
